Support System During Camp
A nurse will be on-site throughout the camp period, working closely with our kitchen staff to manage meals and ensure camper health. Children with food allergies or those who require medication can participate safely.
Meal Service
English Adventure’s Allergy Support
1. All dishes are clearly labeled with allergen information.
Meals are served by our staff in the dining hall, and each dish includes easy-to-understand allergen labels.
2. Preventing Accidental Consumption with Name Tags
All campers wear name tags that include their pre-registered allergy information. Our staff check these tags while serving meals to ensure that no mix-ups occur.
3. Special Meals
For campers with severe allergies, individually prepared meals will be provided directly by our kitchen staff. If a camper has a severe allergy that requires avoiding even skin contact, they can take their meals at a separate table away from their team.
What We Cannot Accommodate
1. Advance Menu Disclosure
As each camp session features a different menu and uses fresh, locally sourced ingredients, we are unable to provide the menu in advance.
2. Bringing Outside Food
For safety and hygiene reasons, campers are not allowed to bring any outside food, including snacks. Allergy-friendly meals are carefully prepared for all campers, so please rest assured.
About Allergies
Regardless of the severity, please register all allergies in your account at least two weeks before camp begins. If your child carries antihistamines or other medications, please register them and bring them to camp.

If your child has allergies to dust mites, house dust, plants, or animals, please register them in your account in advance.
If your child has asthma or requires special consideration during activities such as bed-making or campfires, please indicate this on the allergy registration page, and bring a mask if necessary.
If your child uses an inhaler during an asthma attack, please register it as a medication.
