Procedures
Requesting Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you could do so yourself. Please log in to your account, and go to the Order History page.
The date of cancellation will be the date of request received.
After you submit a cancellation request, it will be placed in a tentative status. Only after our Customer Support confirms the request and processes the cancellation will the cancellation be shown on the Order History page. Please also note that you will not receive an automatic email response after your cancelation request is made. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
The camp fee will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of camp registration and payment. Please note that the following cancellation terms will be applied according to the date the cancelation.
Camp cancellation fees:
Cancellation 20 to 8 days prior to camp start date: 20% charge
Cancellation 7 to 2 days prior to camp start date: 30% charge
Cancellation 1 day prior to camp start date: 40% charge
Cancellation on the camp start date before check-in time: 50% charge
Cancellation without notice or after camp check-in time: 100% charge
(Cancellation charge will be applied to the whole camp fees, including optional fees.)
Cancellations will be processed within 10 business days. The actual timing of refund to your credit card depends on your credit card company’s policy. Also, a handling fee of 5,000 yen per camper per session and Mirai no Mori donations will not be refundable.
(1) After logging in to your account on our website, click Order History in the top menu.

(2) On the Camp History page, click on the blue button next to the camp you have signed up for.

(3) Click Cancel Order at the bottom.

(4) Enter the reason for cancellation.

Requesting Changes to Your Order
(1) After logging in to your account on our website, click Order History in the top menu.

(2) On the Camp History page, click on the blue button next to the camp you have signed up for.

(3) Click Change Registration in the Registered Campers section.

Waiting List
If the session you wish to join is full and you would like to be on the Waiting List, please submit your request through the Waiting List Form below.
Please note that even if you are on the Waiting List, we may not be able to get a spot for you. If there are spots available for other sessions that you can attend, we recommend that you register for that session instead.
Also, please read carefully the notes on the Waiting List Form before applying.
