Registration to Post-Camp

When you first join camp, it is normal for parents, as well as campers, to have many questions and concerns.

Don’t worry, we are here to support you from before registration to after camp!

1. Online Registration

Parent Registration

To register for camp, you must first create a parent account. You will be asked to provide personal information such as your email address, home address, and phone number.

Camper Registration

Please enter information about the child participating in camp, such as gender, date of birth, height, as well as any food allergies and medication status.

Camp Selection

Please select your preferred camp dates (session) and an adequate English level.

If your desired camp is fully booked, you may sign up for the waiting list.

2. Payment

Payment must be made by credit card at the time of registration.

5. Camp Preparation

One month before our camp begins, you will receive a camp email containing a link to download the guidebook. The guidebook contains important information about the pre- and post-camp schedule, instructions for pre-registering various details about your child, meeting and dismissal procedures, preparing belongings, and sending luggage prior to our campsite.

6. During camp

Professional photographers capture daily camp activities and your child’s lively moments, uploading high-quality photos to the photo sales site and our official Facebook page. You can view your child’s camp experiences every day.

Should your child be unable to continue participating in camp due to injury, sudden illness, or other reasons, we will promptly contact you and arrange for pickup at the campsite. If your child needs to return home unexpectedly due to family circumstances, please notify the emergency contact listed in the guidebook, and we will handle the situation accordingly.

7. After Camp

After the camp concludes, we ask that you complete a brief survey.

If your child has any lost or forgotten items at the campsite, please submit a claim. Our staff will search for them, and if found, they will be sent to the address you have registered.

If your child experienced a distressing incident during the camp that we were unaware of, please also submit a claim. We will work together as a company to resolve the issue.
