Please note that the following cancellation terms will be applied according to the date of the cancellation. Please also note that a 3.6% credit card processing fee will be deducted from your refund. The credit card processing fee will be applied to all cancellations, regardless of the timings they are made.<\/p><p><strong>Camp cancellation fees:<\/strong><br \/>Cancellation 20 to 8 days prior to camp start date: 20% of the tour price<br \/>Cancellation 7 to 2 days prior to camp start date: 30% of the tour price<br \/>Cancellation 1 day prior to camp start date: 40% of the tour price<br \/>Cancellation on the camp start date before check-in time: 50% of the tour price<br \/>Cancellation without notice or after camp check-in time: 100% of the tour price<br \/>(Cancellation charge will be applied to the whole tour price, including optional fees.)<\/p><p>Cancellations will be processed within 10 business days. The actual timing of refund to your credit card depends on your credit card company&#8217;s policy. Camp cancellation fees:Cancellation 20 to 8 days prior to camp start date: 20% of the tour priceCancellation 7 to 2 days prior to camp start date: 30% of the tour priceCancellation 1 day prior to camp start date: 40% of the tour priceCancellation on the camp start date before check-in time: 50% of the tour priceCancellation without notice or after camp check-in time: 100% of the tour price(Cancellation charge will be applied to the whole tour price, including optional fees.) Cancellations will be processed within 10 business days. The actual timing of refund to your credit card depends on your credit card company&#8217;s policy. Mirai no Mori donations will not be refundable. Order Change Please log in to your account, go to Registration Management and make changes to your order. Please note that we cannot change your orders on your behalf. Deadline to change order: 6 days before camp starts Within 5 days before camp starts: contact Customer Support. Please that we might not be able to accept last-minute requests. Please note that if a refund is required due to a difference after the change, we will issue the refund after deducting a 3.6% credit card processing fee. When the total camp fee remains the same, we will not charge credit card processing fees. However, if you cancel a session and then purchase another session, we will refund the camp fees for the first session after deducting a 3.6% credit card processing fee. Add\/cancel ski wear rental Change session (schedule)* Only possible for Summer camp and Winter Camp when multiple sessions are held.\u00a0 \u00a0 How to Make Changes to Your Order Log into your account Click Registration Management on page top Click the View\/Change button on the right end of the session currently registered Click the Edit Registrations button located next to the registered camper Make changes, check the total payment, and click Pay and Save Order Edits If changing or adding options results in an additional fee, you will be directed to the credit card payment page. Please enter your credit card information, and click Pay XX yen and Save Order Edits to complete the process. After the changes are made, you will receive an email with the subject line &#8220;Order Options Changed.&#8221; Waiting List If the session you wish to join is full, you could be on the Waiting List. How to Join the Waiting List Choose a session on the Calendar and Availability Click the Join the Waiting List button next to the session Enter your email address and send \u00a0 Notification When a spot becomes available, we will notify you at the email address you have registered. Please note that the session might become full again shortly, since we notify you and other customers on the waiting list. We recommend you make your booking on your own as soon as possible.
