1. English Adventure camps and other programs are organized by Panorama GK (hereafter “the Organizer”) and designed to provide children with a safe, wholesome experience of the outdoors. All camp programs are organized by Panorama GK. My participation in this camp program indicates my agreement with their terms and conditions. I understand that I will enter into a tour contract with Panorama GK, and that I will receive a copy of this contract<\/a> confirming my camp registration.Tour Information: Organizer: Panorama GK (1745-1, Kamigo Ueda, Oaza, Tsunan, Nakauonuma-gun, Niigata, License No. 2-430 approved by the Governor of Niigata.) Travel Service Manager: Michiko Paddock Licensed Guide Interpretor: N\/A, Tour conductor: This tour will not be accompanied by a conductor. Panorama GK staff will accompany the tour check-in to check-out. (Panorama GK tel: 025-765-2040), Accommodation: Mountain Park Tsunan (1745-1, Kamigo Ueda, Oaza, Tsunan, Nakauonuma-gun, Niigata), Minimum number of participants: [4 days\/3 nights and 5 days\/4 nights] 90 per session and 4 per grade (2 per gender group); [9 days\/8 nights] 4 per grade (2 per gender group); [13 days\/12 nights] 4 per grade (2 per gender group), Responsibility of Organizer: Panorama GK shall be accountable for the compensation of damages suffered by the Traveler either intentionally or through negligence caused by them, or by their agent who has made arrangements on their behalf. Such compensation shall by limited to cases where damages are reported to Panorama GK within two years from the day immediately following the day when such damage are suffered. In cases where the Traveler suffers damage due to unusual and unforeseen circumstances arising due to reasons beyond the civil commotion, suspension and\/or closure of Tour Services such as transport and accommodation facilities, exercises and\/or orders from government and other public agencies, and other such circumstances, Panorama GK shall not be held liable for compensation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As legal guardian, I hereby give my permission for my child or ward to participate. 2. While I understand that the Organizer will take all professional precautions to reduce risk, I acknowledge that my child or ward will be participating in physical, outdoor activities, and as such there exists a risk of injury, death, and\/or damage to personal belongings. I release and forever discharge the Organizer, its employees, vendors, agents, members, sponsors, promoters, and affiliates from any and all liability claim, cost, or expense, and waive any such claims against any such person or organization, arising directly from any activity in which my child or ward may participate. 3. I have advised my child or ward to comply with the Organizer’s staff instructions for all activities and understand that my child or ward is fully responsible for their actions. 4. The health information I have provided for my child or ward is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge. 5. I hereby give permission to the Organizer to provide routine health care, administer prescribed medications, and seek emergency medical treatment for my child or ward, including ordering x-rays or routine tests. In the event that I cannot be reached in an emergency, I hereby give permission to the physician selected by the Organizer to secure and administer treatment, including hospitalization, for my child or ward. 6. The Organizer has a zero-tolerance policy against repeated abusive speech or behavior that makes another child feel unsafe or insecure. We reserve the right to send children home from camp for such behavior. Parents are responsible for collecting their child in this case, and camp fees will not be refunded. 7. (Challenge, Challenge Plus Program) To ensure safety at camp, the Organizer’s staff will communicate with campers in Japanese as needed. While staff make every effort to use English as much as possible, and encourage campers to do the same, this program is not a 100% English environment. 8. (Immersion Program) Immersion programs are a 100% English-only environment, and speaking Japanese is not permitted. If a camper’s English ability is judged insufficient to participate in camp activities, the camper may be moved to a Challenge program or removed from camp. Parents are responsible for collecting their child in this case, and camp fees will not be refunded. 9. I understand that program details change from year to year. I have read and understand the program details for the camp(s) I am purchasing. I also understand that the Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel camp program content at any time without notice. 10. For Winter Holiday English Camp and Spring Holiday English Camp, I understand that different activities will be provided depending on the weather and snow conditions, and that ski lessons could possibly be replaced by other activities. 11. I understand that the Organizer reserves the right to use participants’ images in website content, promotional materials (electronic, print, and video), and other media. 12. If a camper becomes sick at camp and the Organizer determines the risk of infection to be serious, they may be sent home from camp. Parents are responsible for collecting their child in this case, and camp fees will not be refunded. I have read, understand, and agree with the Organizer’s Cancelation Policy.
