If you must cancel your event
application, please contact us by email or
FAX. Be sure to include:
・Participant's name
・Event name and date
・Membership Number (if available)
・Full details of the bank or postal savings
account to which we should send
your refund.
Camp fee refunds will be determined according to the date on which
you send
your cancellation.
Up to 21 days prior to the first day
of camp: 100% refund
11 to 20 days prior to the first day
of camp: 50% refund
Within 10 days of the first day of
camp: 100% cancellation fee applies
No cancellation fees are applied for one-day events. However, we
appreciate
advance notice if you will be unable to join us
